It's very difficult expressing adequately the gratitude and humility one feels when soldiers lose their lives around Christmas.
While most of us enjoy the warmth and cheer of the season, it's incredibly sobering to consider the sorrow that has come to Corporal Steve Martin's family at this time. There Christmases will be forever marred.
